Step 01: Get Started

Begin your journey by completing our online contact form. We'll reach out to answer your questions and schedule an in-person consultation at our office. During this meeting, we'll review our process, discuss potential home concepts, and ensure your vision and budget are in alignment before moving forward.

Step 02: Design & Draft

MASE provides in-house drafting and design services using state-of-the-art design software. Collaborate with us to design your fully custom dream home or renovation. Throughout the drafting and design process you'll have access to realistic renderings and virtual walkthroughs of your custom space. Already have a plan, architect, or designer? No problem! The MASE team is happy to collaborate with building professionals to provide you with your dream home!

Step 03: Estimate & Contract

Next, we'll finalize your selections and amenities to define the full scope of work. Using our preliminary selection form, we'll develop a comprehensive, itemized estimate and preliminary budget review. This includes a custom scope of work organized by the 16 divisions of construction. Once the budget and design are approved, we'll sign the contract, collect your down payment, and finalize financing to prepare for construction.

This includes a custom scope of work organized by the 16 divisions of construction. Once the budget and design are approved, we'll sign the contract, set payment structure and begin construction.

Step 04: Selections & Construction

Before breaking ground, we'll establish your construction schedule. Throughout construction, we'll meet regularly to finalize finishes and fine-tune details like kitchens, bathrooms, and fireplaces. Our team conducts quality checks at every stage to ensure your home meets our standards of craftsmanship. As construction wraps up, we'll complete a detailed final walk-through and punch list to make sure everything is perfect.

Step 05: Orientation & Follow-Up

Once your home is move-in ready, we'll provide a complete walkthrough and new home orientation, including an overview of utilities, systems, and maintenance tips. After move-in, we'll complete a 45-day and one-year follow-up inspection to ensure everything continues to meet your expectations. Every home we build is backed by a one-year warranty—so you can relax and enjoy your new home with confidence.
