WELCOME TO MASE CONSTRUCTION
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Perry & Melissa Dunlap have worked for over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. Perry was lucky to apprentice as a young man in carpentry including custom woodworking, renovations, interior and exterior projects as well as design builds. Add to that 10 years of project management, including budgets, timelines and expert customer service and you have the dream construction team of Central Wisconsin – MASE!
Perry always dreamed of starting his own company, focusing on custom projects, attention to detail, creativity and variety in projects, and an emphasis on customer service. During the craziness of 2020 and COVID, Perry knew that this was his time to step-out into his vision of what homebuilding and renovation could be for his friends and neighbors. MASE was born.
Perry and Melissa have four children- Myeshia, Adrienne, Sam and Emmett (hence the name of the company – MASE) and value raising their children in Chippewa Falls where Melissa grew up.
As a family owned and centered company, working with MASE is like working with family. Perry and Melissa value communication, follow through and are dedicated to making sure the details are perfect for every customer. We contracted MASE to an extensive kitchen model. Perry and his professional, friendly crew kept us aware of what needed to be done, making sure it was what we envisioned. Everything kept moving along- none of that 2 days here, be back in a week – so our kitchen was finished in a timely manner. I have no complaints with MASE. They were knowledgeable. They were very easy to work with. They cleaned up their messes. I was especially pleased that they were conscious of our budget and did their best to stay within it. Every piece of the project looks great. They did an excellent job!
As first time home builders, we did not know what to expect throughout the process. We were walked through every step with Monty, who served as an informative resource for us during our entire build, and continues to be after move in with any questions that arise. Monty did a great time educating us on the different parts of building a home, as well as educating us on various options we had. Communication has always appeared to be a priority with MASE, as well as the quality of their work, which we could not be more happy with the final product of our forever home. We would highly recommend working with MASE to any family or friends looking for any building or renovation needs!
