Born and raised in Wisconsin, Perry & Melissa Dunlap have worked for over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. Perry was lucky to apprentice as a young man in carpentry including custom woodworking, renovations, interior and exterior projects as well as design builds. Add to that 10 years of project management, including budgets, timelines and expert customer service and you have the dream construction team of Central Wisconsin – MASE!
Perry always dreamed of starting his own company, focusing on custom projects, attention to detail, creativity and variety in projects, and an emphasis on customer service. During the craziness of 2020 and COVID, Perry knew that this was his time to step-out into his vision of what homebuilding and renovation could be for his friends and neighbors. MASE was born.
Perry and Melissa have four children- Myeshia, Adrienne, Sam and Emmett (hence the name of the company – MASE) and value raising their children in Chippewa Falls where Melissa grew up.
As a family owned and centered company, working with MASE is like working with family.
